ABOUT Colleagia Trusts,
Ltd. was founded in 1999 by Mr. Dan Mandel, for the
purpose of assembling his professional and commercial
activities within the framework of one legal entity.
Mr. Mandel is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA
Isr.) with over 35 years of experience as a partner and
managing partner of Mandel & Mandel, an Israeli
accounting firm. In 1999, after the firm Mandel & Mandel
was merged into one of the leading accounting firms in
Israel, Mr. Mandel retired from practicing accountancy,
and is currently providing consulting services to
companies and organizations.
Mr. Mandel has also graduated the Haifa University
and holds M.A. degree in Philosophy. By his thesis he
has investigated certain ethical standards adopted by
the State Comptroller while performing his audit in the
activities of public administration.
Between the years, 1999 and 2009 Mr. Mandel held the
position of the Honorary Consul of the Slovak Republic
in Haifa and Northern Israel. Consequently, he became
actively involved in the mutual business relationship
between Israel and Slovakia.
Mr. Mandel is actively promoting the economic
collaboration between the two countries, both on the
business and the voluntary-public levels. The latter
comes to fruition via Mr. Mandel’s role as a Board
Member of the
Israel-Slovakia Chamber of Commerce,
acting as the Editor of the website and the periodical
newsletters.
Mr. Mandel has been serving as a board member for
several public organizations. He is also a member of The
Consulting Committee to the State Comptroller of Israel. |
